Out local Target Stores donated a case of Red, Blinking LED lights. I spend Halloween Night passing them out on behalf of our Association to "trick or treaters" that visited my house. When the night was over, I had passed out almost 150 Blinkers. All the parents where very grateful and through it was a good ides. Of course I told everyone they were from the Hathaway Park Neighborhood Association.
